Description:

An integrated concept for combining process operation and maintenance is needed. The goal of the project is to develop integrated solutions, concept products and services, which combine real time condition monitoring, diagnostics, process control and maintenance. The solution combines several methodologies, e.g. smart adaptive systems, fault tolerant control systems, condition monitoring and asset management. Improvements are expected in availability, performance and quality. For process operation solutions are developed for stabilising and coordinating control as well as for adaptation of control strategy. Intelligent maintenance is based on condition and proactive maintenance. Applications are chosen from industry.
